Ingrid Koefoed
Service Designer
Born and raised between the "Seven Mountains", harsh weather has shaped her to become an excellent visual communicator. Ingrid has her degree in Industrial Design Engineer from Østfold University College and Norwegian University of Life Science.
Ingrid has a strong design thinking mindset of understanding and pinpointing user behavior and user needs, and translate findings into well thought out design solutions. Besides coaching people in creativity and design, as an former athlete, she also coaches people in keeping there head above water and finding the right technics that enables them to perform better in the pool. It is also worth mentioning her passion for the environment and contribution to building sustainable homes in Taos, New Mexico, aka Earthships.
Ingrid will be beside you and guide projects safely to shore.

Jan Kristian Strømsnes
Service Designer
With an Master degree from Norway in Industrial Design, he has his background from; AHO, HiAk, HDK, Sweden & AAA, Denmark. He has worked as a designer with focus on health & impact in companies such as Laerdal Medical, Sustainable Sanitation Design & Dignio.
Jan Kristian has been recognized for several design awards both internationally and nationally and is also one of the few designers that has managed to achieve both first and second place in the same competition during "Young Talent awards" by Norwegian Design Council.
He uses his design thinking competency to help companies, organisations and people to succeed and achieve their goals.
The goal of a designer is to listen, observe, understand, sympathize, empathize, synthesize, and glean insights that enable him or her to make the invisible visible.
Jan Andre Solvang
Strategic Advisor Start‑Ups & SMB
With his background as a telematics engineer he started his career within technical sales of network components and services in corporations like Merkantildata, 3Com and France Telecom. In year 2000 the first startup Timebroker was established. In 2005 as co-entrepreneur and CEO of Faster Imaging he led the company to M&A processes with Google, TomTom and Blom Geomatics. From the fall 2010 to January 2013 he was the CEO of Symfoni Software Norge and a part of the European management team. Since then he have been the co-entrepreneur and Chairman of CloudX and CloudX Services and now a part of the advisory board and collaboration partner in Draum Design AS.

Lykke
Jack Russel
Is Draum Design’s little trustful guardian. Lykke has extensive energy, loves human interaction and is very playful. Depending on her mood and some treats, she will easily remember the tricks or at least try over and over again until she get’s it right. Her favorite trick is “Bamse”. She lives her life with the simplest philosophy such as; eat, sleep, play & tail wagging. Lykke is also stubborn, as she has showed endurance with an impressive 50 kilometers continuous walk along a bicycle ride in the beautiful norwegian mountains.
A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves himself.
